Available in four variants:
- Plate Carrier Only: No plates, vest only (1.5kg)
- Light: Tech Plate Carrier plus 2 x 3.5lb TWL Tech Plates (4.5Kg total)
- Medium: Tech Plate Carrier plus 2 x 6.5lb TWL Tech Plates (7.5Kg total)
- Heavy (Murph): Tech Plate Carrier plus 2 x 8.5lb TWL Tech Plates (9.5Kg total)
- Loaded: Tech Plate Carrier plus 4 x 8.5lb TWL Tech Plates (16.5Kg total)
The 'Heavy (Murph)' pack is 20lb (9.5Kg) when the weight of the vest is included. This is the official weight for the Murph workout.
Tech Plates are not to be used as body armour.
