We developed our Competition Knee Sleeves for those who are looking to squeeze the absolute last kilogram out of their workouts.

The TWL Competition Knee Sleeves have finger hooks because we know how difficult these knee sleeves can be to get on.

We have two recommended fits: Standard Fit for everyday use and Tight Fit for serious training and competitions.

Size Guide:

The TWL Competition Knee Sleeve are designed to be a tight fit. If you are on or near the edge of a size, we recommend going up a size.
The easiest way to get a tight pair of Knee Sleeves on is to turn the knee sleeve inside out and upside down then slide the knee sleeve over your calf so the top of the knee sleeve is at the base of your knee cap, then flip the knee sleeve over and up so it is facing the right way and now fully covers your knee.

As part of our commitment to cutting out single use plastic at TWL, these knee sleeves will arrive in a reusable mesh bag.

We recommend keeping this bag and using it to keep your knee sleeves separate in your gym bag, keeping them together and easy to find.

Extra leg support

Good firm support. It feels a bit stiff and I can't get it up to the middle of my knee, perhaps because they are new. I'm small and bought a size S. So far used for lunges, perfect cushioning on the knee. The sleeves won't fit if I was wearing long leggings. Will need a size up in winter.

The wrap around seam on these sleeves means there is no more stiffness down the inside of your knee. I have worn them for squats, cleans and snatches and find they don’t restrict my movement yet give an extremely comfortable support. I’ve even worn them in WODS and hardly knew they were on. The pull on straps make getting them up to the position you want them on your legs really easy too.
