My old rope snapped, so I needed a new one quick for a friendly comp I was doing. I tried to get RPM from the US, but delivery would have been weeks. Lucky The WOD Life was able to deliver in a couple days!

Nailing DUB's easy with this baby

don't waste your money buying another skipping rope unless it's a RPM one.
I have a tight forearm so it's hard for me to keep my arm close and spin my wrist to do DUB's. so i can hold this rope wider because of the bearing in the handle it spins better and i can nail heaps of dubs in a row.
