The Bear Komplex Carbon Grips are designed for all bar types, so no matter what gym you walk into or what competition you attend, it doesn't matter if the bar is slippery, powder-coated, or sticky.

Protect your hands and palms during Pull-Ups, Chest to Bar, Muscle Ups, Toes to Bar (T2B), Knees to Elbow (K2E), Kettlebell Swings, Power Lifting, Power Cleans, Deadlifts, Snatches, Gymnastics, and more...

You won't need chalk because these grips are designed to stick to the bar! Built with the same quality craftsmanship as Bear Komplex's other grips, the Carbon grips are made for slick and powder-coated bars.

Your wrist is protected from the buckle by the unique shape of the grip.

Grab a pair today and don't worry the next time you see a new bar.

FEATURES:

  • Manufactured from lightweight and sticky carbon fiber which features a custom wrist strap that is designed for comfort and support positioned under the buckle.
  • Bear Komplex grips will not dig into your wrist!
  • Durable triple stitching will ensure full support and stability when using the Bear Komplex gymnastics grips.
  • Vegan Friendly

Please note: Bear Komplex grips have a life span of 4 -6 months if used regularly and will eventually wear down due to the forces applied to them when under load.

SIZING GUIDE:

1.  Find your hand/wrist connection.  This is where your hand and wrist meet (you should see a creased line there).  This is the point to start measuring from.

2.  Be sure your hand and fingers are totally straight and flat.  DO NOT cup your hand or stretch your fingers backward.

3.  Measure from the wrist/hand connection (where you see the crease) to the base of your middle finger.  Be precise and don't round up or down.

Slimline and comfortable

I am quite a heavy athlete (Not over weight but muscley) that struggles with gymnastic exercises. I have had carbon fibre grip previously which I found thick and abrasive, I would still get rips but in the middle of my hand and the edges of the material would chafe on my hand and around my wrist. I was wary of purchasing more and having the same issues but I had seen how many athletes had these and was desperate for a solution.

So far I have not been disappointed, they are thin and super comfortable. The wrist support is amazing and cushioned and the edges don’t hurt in anyway. Comfort aside, I am yet to get any rips with them! I wouldn’t say that they are as grippy as some previos reviews said and I did need to use chalk with them straight away but once chalked they were awesome. I would definitely recommend.

Awesome!

Covers my hand nicely! Very happy with the sizing. Only down is before they get abit of wear they are a wee bit slipper on the bar. Overall great product

Pretty nice grips.

Even though I bought a smaller size than what I really needed, I am enjoying it heaps.
I’ll just make sure I buy a size up next time as I guided myself as per BearKomple size guide.

Bear Komplex - live up to their reputation

A lot of people at my box had these grips already and I wondered what all the fuss was about.
I previously had the 'Roo grips', but found they bunched up and were too soft for bar work. I always ended up with calluses/tears, just less.

So I bit the bullet and got the Bear Komplex grips. Needless to say, they did not disappoint!
Highly recommend!
